Going meat-free has never been easier in Glasgow as we have just launched four meat-free showstoppers to their Mediterranean menu just in time for summer.
Created by Halloumi Southside head chef Argyrios Tsipos, the new dishes celebrate summer flavours and between the 3rd to 6th of June, you can enjoy 20% off their a la carte menu to welcome the mezze to their menu and encourage guests to embrace ‘meat-free’.
Offering a vibrant selection of summer flavours, our beetroot and yoghurt houmous dip is wonderfully pink, full of goodness and perfect for summer dining. Meanwhile, cheese lovers will go gooey over our new halloumi additions which include a mouthwatering chargrilled halloumi bruschetta, and a sweet potato, spinach and chilli burger topped with creamy avocado, scorched halloumi in a brioche bun. You’ve got to order our legendary golden halloumi fries on the side, obvs.
Another meat-free mezze star is the zucchini tempura. Light and crispy courgette stacks dipped with cool tzatziki – a match made in heaven. There’s also a Greek mac and cheese on the menu with layers of bubbling halloumi and speciality extra virgin oil from Greece.
Not only celebrating meat-free Mediterranean dishes, but we’re also celebrating the sunshine with their Summer Bubbles sharer. Running seven days in June, guests to Halloumi Southside can enjoy their choice of any five mezze from their a la carte – including their new mezze- alongside a bottle of chilled fizz for £49.50. A great way to catch up with friends and available until 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and until 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
